Description:
QWN series submersible sludge pump is developed with agitation head based on the digestion and assimilation of the most advanced domestic and abroad technology by Sanlian. It is characterized by its high efficiency, reliability, wear-resistance, Non-Clogging, auto-coupling and cuto-control.

Application:
QWN submersible pump is widely used in Municipal engineering, steel plant, power plant, mines and some other wear-resistant sites for discharging sludge and waste water containing solid particles.

Main Features:
a. It is safe and reliable. The motor insulation class is F class, complete with overheat and overload protective components. There is leakage detector installed inside the stator hosing. The control system provides protedtion for the pump.

b. Stainless steel is used for motor ratational shaft, and static and dynamic test are carried out for rotor, both of which make the pump operate more smoothly. Domestically famous make of bearing is applied for the driver, which makes reliable performance.

c. The unique three-layer mechanical seal is adopted for the sealing system. High quality mechanical seals used for seal, and tungsten carbide is applied as the sealing material, which greatly enhances the wearresistant performance for sealing. A dislodgement plate is fixed at the inlet of the isolated area. This drives the solid particles out of the isolated areas.

d. Even if the working conditions are hard, this sludge pump can help solve the problem. It is characterized by its hardness, wear-resistance, convenient operation and easy maintenance. The agitation head can also be mounted if necessary to avoid the solid particles on the pond bottom from settling down.
