XBD series Fire Pump group is one of the newest developed products according to market requirements. The product is specially designed for fire production referring to ISO2858 and GB6245-1998 Performance requirements and test methods for fire pumps. At the same time, the design has adopted the advanced hydraulic model with the fully considered horizontal Multistage Pump particularity. The product has many advantages such as high efficiency, high Npsh, low vibration, low noise, stable running etc. It also can transport liquids similar to water, the liquid temperature should be no ore than 80º C.

Structural Characteristics
TSWA-type horizontal multistage fire pump set is multistage sectional Centrifugal Pump. Its inlet is placed horizontally at the inlet section, and its outlet is placed vertically upwards at the outlet section. The customer can select different types of pump in accordance with the different requirement on head. The pump stator is mainly made up of inlet, middle, outlet section, tail cover and bearing body, etc. The pump rotor is made up of pump, impeller, shaft sleeve and balance plate, etc. The joint face of inlet, middle, and outlet section is sealed with paper pad. The asbestos is used to seal between shaft sleeves so as not to let water enter the bearing along the shaft. The stuffing seal is used in the shaft seal of two ends of the pump. Through the adjustment on tightening bolt, the liquid then can leak out drop by drop. The bearing adopts rolling bearing, and calcium solid lubricant is applied inside the bearing. The pump rotates clockwise from the direction of drive end.
