ASP5030/5040 series chemical process pumps are horizontal, radial split and single level centilevered Centrifugal Pump. They are designed by API610(11th version) and API682 standard. These design can set diverse sealing types and flushing plan. They have widely application scope and can be used in many kinds of complicated conditions.

Structural Characteristics:
1. For ASP5030 series and the derived models ASP5031, ASP5130 and ASP5131, the pump casing adopts foot supporting;
2. For ASP5040 series and the derived modles ASP5041, ASP5140 and ASP5141, the pump casing adopts center supporting;
3. For ASP5130, ASP5131, ASP5140, ASP5141, pump casing has heat insulation jacket. It can keep warm for transport liquid;
4. The pump cover has cooled or warm cavity. It can keep the seal space cooled or warm;
5. Closed impeller are applied for these two kinds of pumps. They adopt blance hole and wear ring to balance the axial force. It has widely applications, high efficiency and low NPSH;
6. The pumps with more than 80mm outlet are designed to be double volute to balance its radial force so as to guarantees the bearing service time and the bending capacity for the shaft;
7. The pump casinng designs a drainage interface with valves and flanges. It is convenient to drainge the liquid inside the pump when repairing the pump;
8. It adopts cartridge seals. Can choose mataching sealing flush plan accoding to the requirement;
